How does the licensing for my data work?
algoseek’s platform provides a range of licensing options depending on your requirements. At the most open end, you approve the license exhibit to the master agreement and anyone who signs up gets access. At the most controlled end, clients cannot view sample data or complete an agreement without your direct approval. Most vendors land somewhere in between, and algoseek configures the licensing workflow to match.

Can my clients access data under my brand?
Yes. Your data products appear under your brand name on algoseek’s platform. algoseek operates as the technology and distribution infrastructure; your clients see your brand and your commercial relationship. Some vendors also choose to white-label under the algoseek brand name.

How is my data protected if algoseek has competing datasets?
algoseek is a technology infrastructure provider. Your dataset is yours. The agreement governs data separation, and algoseek does not use vendor datasets for its own products or share vendor data across accounts.
